Lochead Sandford Recruitment’s client, a highly regarded and most forward thinking CA Firm seeks to recruit an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to join their successful payroll team involved in broad client payroll work and leading from the front.
This is a newly created role due to increased workload and client wins, responsible for all aspects of managing a small team of payroll support staff whose collective goal is to process client payrolls, ensuring all deadlines are met whilst maintaining the department’s quality KPI’s.
You will also be responsible for taking on new clients, scheduling the team’s workload and delivering excellent customer service to all clients, reporting to Senior Management.
A proven track record of full payroll processing and detailed knowledge of payroll legislation combined with strong IT skills using various packages such as Sage essential.
Some exposure to international payroll advantageous.
