Lochead Sandford Recruitment’s client a leading and progressive Accountancy Firm, seek to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced qualified CA/ACCA to join as Audit Manager to take responsibility for a small team and broad range of clients from varying sectors. In this role you will lead, coach and mentor your team, whilst ensuring all deadlines and statutory procedures are met and work is completed to the highest of standards.
**Current or recent Accountancy Practice Firm audit experience with ability to demonstrate a track record in supervising and reviewing audit files is essential.**
Main responsibilities include:
•Plan, allocate and budget audit assignments
•Audit review and daily management of field team
•Extensive client liaison
•Responsibility for managing the audit process for a range of clients
•Ad hoc advisory matters
•Draft Accounts in accordance with UK GAAP/IFRS
