Accountant (Newly Qualified or Qualified with 1-2 years post-qualification experience)
Our Client, a large, progressive Accountancy Firm based in Dundee due to new business wins and ongoing expansion, seeks to strengthen their audit team by recruiting a motivated individual who is looking for a challenging career move with opportunities to develop their own technical and leadership skills and progress within the firm.
The role will involve a wide range of assignments from OMBs to large international groups. Responsibilities will include planning, performing and completing audit assignments, leading a team of trainees in a client facing role, and working closely with the management team to complete work within set budgets and timescales.
Candidates must be fully qualified (CA or equivalent) with a strong audit background. Previous experience of delegating work to and coaching trainees would be advantageous. Good technical and client interfacing skills, strong IT skills (word, excel, computer packages) together with the ability to work to tight deadlines are essential requirements.
